High precision high speed automatic slitting line introduction

The high speed slitting line works at speed over 80m/min, available to small thickness metal coil plate slitting. Usually the plate thickness is no more than 6mm.

The slitting line automatically work after strip threading.

Composition of high speed automatic slitting line

Coil loading car, uncoiler, coil-head opener (including snubber arm, peeler plate, etc), pinch feeder & pre-leveler, shearing machine, accumulator pit 1, side guide, slitter, scrap winder, pit accumulator 2, tensioner and pre separator, overarm separator and recoiler, coils unloading car.

1. We design the complete slitting line catering to client requirements, considering the function of each part smoothly satisfy the finished coils. 

2. The machine structure must be robust enough.

3.All the critical rollers, mandrels, gears must be tempered and quenched to ensure strength and durability.

4. All motors are made by reliable famous companies

5. Hydraulic valves are Taiwan made.

6. Pneumatic parts are Airtac.

7. Electric parts are Zhengtai or Schneider.

8. Motor controllers are Parker DC controller or Yaskawa AC frequency converter.

2.How can I get to your factory?

A: Our city Wuxi is near to Shanghai. You can get off plane at Pudong or Hongqiao airport in Shanghai, then come to Wuxi by fast train for 40minutes. You can take fast train from Beijing to Wuxi, 5 hours. You can come to Wuxi Shuofang Airport by plane. We can pick you up from Wuxi stations, airport, even in Shanghai airport.

3.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

A: Our minimum order is 1 set machine, each machine is customerized, thus we don’t have sample to send, however, we can send you catalog, warmly welcome you to visit our company.
