CRC, GI, PPGI steel coil slitting line machine introduction

CRC, GI and PPGI steel coils are usually slit on one slitting line machine, the slitting thickness range varies 0.2-1mm, 0.2-2mm, 0.3-3mm, 0.4-4mm, 0.6-6mm, 1-8mm, 2-10mm, 3-12mm. CRC is cold rolled steel coil, GI is galvanized steel coil, PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel coil.

The slitting machine we design for CRC, GI and PPGI steel coil slitting have some special characteristics

1.The transfer rollers, snubber arm roller, drive pinch roller are rubber coated, to avoid steel strip surface from scratching.

2.Single mandrel or steps style double mandrel uncoiler to protect coil edge not being damaged.

3.Recoiler mandrel can be seamless style to protect the inner circles of wound coil.

4.Slitting accessories must be high precision to ensure high quality slitting.

5.Recoiling strips separation is very neat and tight, convenient for packing.



Supply scope of the steel coil slitting line machine

One coil loading car, one uncoiler, one snubber arm and one peeler plate, one pinch feeder & five roller leveler, one transmission table(or pit accumulator), one side guide, slitter(double slitter heads are optional), pit accumulator, one tensioner with pre-separator, one recoiler with press separator, one coil discharging car.
